Imagine waking each morning feeling calm, clear and in control rather than carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. Perhaps your mind never switches off. You replay the past, worry about the future, overthink every decision and wonder why you still feel held back despite trying so hard to move forward. It doesn't have to be that way.
At Greatest Mindset™, I help people uncover what is keeping them stuck and replace unhelpful thought patterns with healthier, more empowering ways of thinking. Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, confidence, motivation, unwanted habits or performance, together we work towards lasting positive change. Hypnotherapy is an evidence-informed approach that can help with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and physical challenges. It is commonly used to help people overcome fears and phobias, stop smoking, reduce alcohol consumption, break unwanted habits, improve sleep, manage weight, increase confidence, enhance performance and better manage persistent pain.
It can also be used alongside appropriate medical or psychological care for conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), chronic pain and other stress-related conditions. Hypnotherapy has been recognised by both the British Medical Association and the American Medical Association, and I regularly receive referrals from NHS healthcare professionals.
Whatever challenge you're facing, even if it isn't listed on this website, there's every chance I can help.

Some people are unaware of what hypnotherapy truly is and mistakenly believe it is the same as stage hypnosis, which is performed purely for entertainment. Hypnotherapy is a professional therapeutic technique that uses a natural state of focused attention to help people make positive changes in their thought patterns. It is not mind control, sleep or unconsciousness. Throughout the session, you remain in control at all times. When you are in a state of focused attention, your mind becomes less distracted by everyday thoughts, allowing you to concentrate more fully on the positive changes you want to make. This enables a qualified hypnotherapist to guide you through carefully tailored suggestions designed to help you overcome limiting beliefs, reduce unhelpful thought patterns and build more positive neural pathways.
I use hypnotherapy to help people improve confidence, reduce anxiety and stress, manage overthinking, overcome fears and phobias, enhance sports and business performance, support weight management, improve sleep, and help with many other personal and professional challenges. It can also be used alongside medical care to support people living with long-term pain, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), fibromyalgia and other conditions where stress, emotion or thought patterns may influence symptoms. Hypnotherapy should not replace medical advice or treatment but can often work alongside it as part of a wider care plan.
Every session is tailored to your individual goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach because every person has different experiences, challenges and aspirations. The aim is to help you develop healthier thinking patterns that enable you to achieve lasting, meaningful change. Hypnotherapy is recognised by many healthcare professionals as a valuable therapeutic approach for a wide range of psychological and behavioural difficulties. When combined with your willingness to engage in the process, it can become a powerful tool for improving confidence, emotional wellbeing, resilience and overall quality of life. If you are ready to move beyond the thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back, hypnotherapy could be the first step towards creating the future you want.

Despite its long history, hypnosis continues to be misunderstood. Over to the right are some of the most common myths.
You remain aware and capable of making decisions throughout hypnosis. You cannot be forced to act against your values or beliefs.
This cannot happen. If a session were interrupted you would simply become fully alert or drift into natural sleep before waking normally.
Hypnosis is not mind control. It is a process of focused attention that relies upon your openness to suggestion.
